CSB Bank Limited — Board Meeting, 11-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

CSB Bank has announced a board meeting to seek approval from its members for the reappointment of Mr. Biswamohan Mahapatra as an Independent Director for a second term, effective from the date he is appointed post-approval and lasting until August 2, 2029. The decision follows a recommendation from the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. Further details, including the Postal Ballot Notice, will be shared in due course. Mr. Mahapatra has extensive experience in banking regulation, having served over 33 years at the Reserve Bank of India.
