Karur Vysya Bank has announced the inauguration of three new branches in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu, expanding its network to a total of 880 branches. This addition aligns with the bank's strategy for growth, having already added 38 branches during the financial year 2024-25. The new branches will offer a comprehensive range of banking services, including accounts, deposits, and loans, supported by facilities such as ATMs and Cash Deposit Machines for customer convenience.
The bank's total business stood at ₹1,81,993 crore, with a deposit base of ₹99,155 crore and advances of ₹82,838 crore. Last fiscal year, KVB achieved its highest net profit of ₹1,605 crore, with a current net profit of ₹1,428 crore for the first nine months of the fiscal year. The bank maintains a strong Net NPA of just 0.20%, indicating robust asset quality. This branch expansion reflects a positive outlook for KVB's growth trajectory and enhanced customer service capabilities.
