Hindustan Zinc Limited — Board Meeting, 10-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Committee of Directors has convened and approved the issuance of unsecured, redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) totaling up to ₹ 500 Crore. These will be divided into three parts: ₹ 100 Crore for STRPP 1, ₹ 100 Crore for STRPP 2, and ₹ 300 Crore for STRPP 3. The NCDs will be privately placed and listed on BSE Limited, with a total of up to 50,000 debentures expected to be issued.
