Credo Brands Marketing Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 10-03-2025: Allotment of Securities

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Credo Brands Marketing Limited has approved the allotment of 120,000 equity shares at an issue price of Rs. 31.35 each to eligible employees under the Credo Stock Option Plan 2020. Following this allotment, the paid-up equity share capital will increase from Rs. 130,381,006 to Rs. 130,621,006. These shares are identical to existing shares and carry no lock-in provisions.
