Reliance Infrastructure Limited — JV/Acquisition, 08-03-2025: Amalgamation/Merger

Reliance Infrastructure has announced a board meeting to approve the amalgamation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Reliance Velocity Limited (RVL), with itself. RVL, which reported a turnover of ₹1 crore, will merge into Reliance Infrastructure, which had a turnover of ₹424.68 crore. The rationale behind the merger is to streamline and consolidate the group structure, aiming for enhanced operational efficiencies and cost savings. There will be no cash consideration or change in shareholding pattern as RVL is wholly owned. This strategic move is expected to strengthen Reliance Infrastructure's operational capabilities in the infrastructure sector.
