TechEra Engineering (India) Limited has announced the incorporation of a subsidiary named TechEra Design Centre (India) Private Limited, in which it will hold a 51% stake. The subsidiary will focus on Engineering Design Services, Research & Development, and IT Consulting, allowing TechEra to internalize design services that were previously outsourced. The proposed subsidiary will have an authorized share capital of Rs. 1,00,000 (10,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each) fully paid-up in cash.
