Lemon Tree Hotels has signed agreements for two new properties: Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Niman, and Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Garoth, both in Madhya Pradesh. These hotels will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. Each property will feature 42 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a banquet, a meeting room, and additional public areas, with operations expected to begin by FY 2026.

Strategically located along the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, these hotels are poised to benefit from the enhanced connectivity that will significantly reduce travel time.
