Shaival Reality Limited — Board Meeting, 07-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has taken note of resignations from three directors, effective March 8, 2025: Mrs. Sonal Mayur Desai, Mr. Ashish Desai, and Mr. Ashish Navnitlal Shah. Additionally, Mr. Harshil Desai has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective from the same date.
