The Board of Directors of Allcargo Gati Limited has approved the sale of its fuel stations located in Indore and Bengaluru, pending shareholder approval. The Indore fuel station reported a turnover of ₹36.53 crore, contributing 16% to the company’s overall revenue for the last financial year, while the Bengaluru fuel station generated ₹146.79 crore in turnover, making up 64% of total revenue. The expected total consideration for both sales amounts to ₹17.5 crore, with the sale completion target set for April 2025. Notably, both buyers are unrelated entities and do not belong to the promoter group. The transaction falls outside the Scheme of Arrangement, and shareholder approval will be sought to finalize the deals, which could enhance operational focus and liquidity for Allcargo Gati.
