Rajshree Polypack Limited — Important, 07-03-2025: Updates

Rajshree Polypack Limited has entered into a five-year lease agreement for a new manufacturing facility (Unit III) located in Somnath, Nani Daman. This expansion aims to enhance their manufacturing capabilities significantly, serving as a strategic move to improve operational efficiencies and support future growth.

The existing production capacity across various departments stands at substantial levels, with extrusion at 24,000 MTPA and thermoforming at 11,520 MTPA, among others. Currently, utilization rates are high, particularly in extrusion and injection molding, which are approximately 89% and 85%, respectively.

The planned addition of capacity includes 1,600 MTPA for extrusion and 1,250 MTPA for thermoforming, projected to be completed within one month with an investment of around ₹5 crore. Financing will be sourced through a mix of debt and internal accruals. This strategic capacity expansion underscores the company's positive outlook, enhancing potential for future operational growth.
