Rajshree Polypack Limited — Important, 07-03-2025: Capacity addition

Rajshree Polypack Limited has entered into a five-year lease for a factory building in Village Somnath-Dabhel, Nani Daman, marking the establishment of its new manufacturing unit, Unit III. This expansion is strategically aligned with the company's growth initiatives aimed at enhancing manufacturing capabilities and increasing operational efficiency.

Current capacity utilization across various departments indicates a robust demand, particularly in extrusion (89%) and injection moulding (85%). The company plans to add approximately 2,850 Metric Tonnes per Annum (MTPA) in production capacity across extrusion and thermoforming within the next month, requiring an estimated investment of around 5 Cr. Financing for this venture will be sourced through debt and internal accruals. This strategic move is expected to provide significant contributions to the company’s operational growth and overall business performance, presenting a positive outlook for future development and profitability.
