The Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Amit Dangi as a Whole-Time Director for five years, effective from June 29, 2025, and Mr. Akash Suri as Whole-Time Director and CEO for five years from September 27, 2025. Additionally, a Postal Ballot Notice has been authorized to seek shareholder approval for the appointments of Mr. Ajai Kumar and Mr. Santosh Nayar as Independent Directors, along with the aforementioned re-appointments. The e-voting for the Postal Ballot will commence on March 12, 2025, and conclude on April 10, 2025.
