One Point One Solutions Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 06-03-2025: Allotment of Securities

ONE POINT ONE SOLUTIONS LIMITED has announced a board meeting on March 6, 2025, to consider the conversion of 5,000,000 convertible warrants into an equal number of equity shares, upon receipt of ₹10.62 Cr, representing 75% of the issue price. The issue price for the warrants was set at ₹28.32 each, with an allotment confirming the increase of paid-up capital from ₹51.49 Cr to ₹52.49 Cr. Following this conversion, 6,124,944 warrants remain available for conversion within the next 18 months.
