Thomas Scott (India) Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 06-03-2025: Allotment of Securities

Thomas Scott (India) Limited has announced the allotment of 8,67,661 equity shares at a price of Rs. 330 each and 2,13,675 convertible equity warrants at an exercise price of Rs. 330 on a preferential basis. The total amount raised is approximately Rs. 28.63 Cr from the equity shares and Rs. 1.77 Cr from the warrants. The continuing allotment will expand the paid-up share capital from Rs. 11.29 Cr to Rs. 14.88 Cr. The warrants are convertible into equity shares at a balance payment of Rs. 247 each.
