The Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has approved the Composite Scheme of Arrangement among Quess Corp Limited, Digitide Solutions Limited, and Bluspring Enterprises Limited. This scheme facilitates the demerger of certain operations from Quess Corp to the newly formed entities. The composite scheme is set to be effective upon filing with the Registrar of Companies.
