IL&FS Transportation Networks Limited — Important, 06-03-2025: Updates

Roadstar Infra Investment Trust has filed the Final Placement Memorandum (FPM) with SEBI for the listing of units issued to the Company and other IL&FS Group companies. This follows the earlier filing of the Placement Memorandum. The units were issued as consideration for acquiring equity stakes in various road project Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and for managing debts owed by these SPVs.

The Company plans to allot the remaining units to eligible creditors, adhering to the resolution framework set by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal.
