At its recent meeting, the Bonus Allotment Committee of Anand Rathi Wealth Limited has allotted 4,15,10,317 fully paid-up bonus equity shares at a face value of Rs. 5 each, resulting in a ratio of 1:1 for eligible shareholders. This decision will increase the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs. 20.75 crore to Rs. 41.51 crore. The newly allotted shares will carry the same rights as existing shares.
