Himadri Speciality Chemical Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 05-03-2025: Allotment of Securities

Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd has announced a board meeting for the allotment of 1,01,000 equity shares at an issue price of Rs. 316 each, following the exercise of warrants. The company raised Rs. 2.39 crore from seven warrant holders, who paid Rs. 237 per warrant, constituting 75% of the Warrant Issue Price. This allotment increases the paid-up share capital to Rs. 49.38 crore, now comprising 49,37,82,224 equity shares of Re. 1 each. The new shares rank equally with existing shares.
