HMA Agro Industries Limited has entered into Facilities Agreements with MARYA Frozen Agro Food Products Private Limited to enhance its business capabilities in the slaughtering, chilling, processing, freezing, and packing of frozen Halal boneless buffalo meat. MARYA has a processing capacity of 298 MT per day, enabling HMA to scale its operations effectively.

The agreement is set for a term of two years and is structured to require MARYA to handle necessary certifications and insurance for the manufacturing facility. Importantly, this partnership does not classify as a related party transaction under SEBI regulations.
