Larsen & Toubro's Building & Factories vertical has secured significant orders from a prominent developer for the construction of residential towers in key cities—Mumbai, Bangalore, and Chennai. The Mumbai project will feature two ultra-luxury high-rise towers reaching heights of 273 meters, with 3B+G+7P+51/57 floor configurations. The Bangalore initiative involves 14 luxury towers on a design and build basis, consisting of 3B+G+27/28 floors, while the Chennai project includes 25 luxury towers, also on a design and build basis, with a 2B+G+14 floor configuration. These developments are set to be executed under stringent timelines. The company has also secured several add-on orders for ongoing projects, reinforcing its positive outlook in the construction market and signaling growth potential for stakeholders.
