Mahindra Logistics Limited has approved an investment of up to ₹35 Crores in its wholly-owned subsidiary, MLL Express Services Private Limited (MESPL), through a rights issue. MESPL, which specializes in B2B express logistics, reported a turnover of ₹364.22 Crores for FY 2023-24. This capital infusion aims to support working capital needs and operational continuity, with the investment expected to complete before the end of March 2025. MESPL will remain a 100% subsidiary, maintaining the company's strategic focus in logistics and transportation.
