Coforge Inc., through its wholly-owned subsidiary, is set to acquire Rythmos Inc. for an initial cash consideration of $30 million (approximately ₹2,610 million), with potential earnouts of up to $18.7 million based on performance targets. Rythmos, which operates in the IT sector with a turnover of $25.3 million, will bolster Coforge's data and cloud engineering capabilities, specifically in the airlines sector.

Simultaneously, Coforge Technologies Australia Pty Ltd will acquire TMLabs Pty Ltd for AUD 20 million (around ₹1,100 million), with additional earnouts tied to specified revenue and EBITDA targets. TMLabs, generating A$11 million in turnover, enhances Coforge's presence in the ServiceNow ecosystem, particularly in healthcare and risk management. Both acquisitions aim to strengthen Coforge’s competitive positioning in key markets.
