Jupiter Wagons Limited — Board Meeting, 04-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Jupiter Wagons Limited has announced a board meeting outcome, approving the re-appointment of Mr. Ganesan Raghuram as an Independent Director for a second term of five years starting May 19, 2025. Additionally, the Board has approved a Material Related Party Transaction with Jupiter Tatravagonka Railwheel Factory Private Limited, involving a long-term purchase and sale agreement worth up to ₹2,000 Crore. The planned new Captive Alloy Steel Foundry location has been changed to Bandel, West Bengal from Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, and approval from shareholders will be sought through a postal ballot.
