Dynacons Systems & Solutions Limited — Board Meeting, 04-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Dynacons has approved the resignation of Mr. Jitesh Jain as Non-Executive, Independent Director, effective immediately. The board expressed its appreciation for his contributions during his tenure. Concurrently, Mr. Ashok Bhumaiah Rajagiri has been appointed as an Additional Director, designated as Independent Director, effective March 05, subject to member approval via postal ballot. The board also approved the notice for postal ballot for his appointment, with voting set to commence on March 12 and end on April 10. E-voting will be facilitated by NSDL.
