The transaction will eventually position AiCitta as a wholly-owned subsidiary of WIL, facilitating enhanced capabilities in developing new intellectual property.

AiCitta has secured a Project Sanction Order worth approximately ₹1,400 crore, with two working prototypes expected to be ready for trials in about 46 weeks.
