Mahindra & Mahindra Limited — Important, 04-03-2025: Sale or disposal

Mahindra Logistics Limited (MLL) has received shareholder consent for the voluntary dissolution of its wholly owned subsidiary, MLL Global Logistics Limited (MGL), which was incorporated in the UK in December 2022 but did not commence operations. MGL will apply for strike-off and dissolution with the UK Registrar of Companies, with the process expected to be completed by June 30, 2025. Upon completion, MGL will cease to be a subsidiary of MLL and Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. This development has no financial implications as MGL had no revenue or net worth since inception.
