MAS Financial Services Limited — Board Meeting, 04-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Dr. Barnali Chaklader as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of one year, effective from March 4, 2025, subject to member approval via Postal Ballot. Policies were reviewed, and the Calendar of Events for the Postal Ballot Process was approved. The resignation of Mr. Dipak Dangar, Chief Operating Officer - Retail Asset Channel, was acknowledged, effective March 31, 2025. Mr. Vivek Vyas will succeed him as COO starting April 1, 2025, recognizing his 14 years of service and progression within the company.
