Ashoka Buildcon Limited has announced the declaration of February 11, 2025, as the Commercial Operation Date (CoD) for an additional stretch of 8.595 KMs of its NHAI project, following a previous CoD for 41.61 KMs effective September 8, 2023. This project, under the Hybrid Annuity Mode, involves the "Four Laning of Tumkur Shivamogga Section" in Karnataka, executed by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ashoka Karadi Banwara Road Private Limited. With the latest CoD, the subsidiary has completed 50.205 KMs out of a total stretch of 56.705 KMs. The SPV is now eligible to receive annuity payments from NHAI for a 15-year operational period, commencing from the first CoD. This development enhances Ashoka Buildcon's revenue potential and reflects positively on its ongoing project execution strategy.
