Suzlon has expanded its largest Commercial & Industrial (C&I) order with Jindal Renewables by an additional 204.75 MW, bringing the cumulative capacity of the order to 907.20 MW. This includes the supply of 65 advanced S144 wind turbine generators, each rated at 3.15 MW, to power steel plants in Chhattisgarh and Odisha, enhancing their operational sustainability.
With C&I customers now constituting 59% of its total order book, which has reached a historic 5.9 GW, Suzlon is well-positioned to capitalize on the growing demand for renewable energy in industrial sectors.
