The Oberoi Group has announced the development of two new luxury resorts in Rishikesh, in partnership with The Ladhani Group. The project includes an 80-key Oberoi Resort and a 120-key Trident hotel, both designed by renowned architect Bill Bensley and set on a stunning 60-acre site along the Ganges. Construction is expected to commence in early 2026. This addition is part of EIH Ltd.’s ambitious growth strategy, which includes a total of 19 new properties by 2029.

The latest financial performance showcases EIH Ltd.’s strong growth trajectory, with Q3 standalone revenues reaching Rs. 722 crore and consolidated revenues at Rs. 831 crore. Standalone EBITDA rose to Rs. 330 crore, reflecting an 18% increase in profit after tax (PAT) for the standalone segment. The company’s domestic hotels experienced a 17% YoY growth in revenue per available room (RevPAR), further solidifying its position in luxury hospitality despite the ongoing restoration of The Oberoi Grand. The announcement signifies a promising outlook for both EIH Ltd. and its stakeholders.
