DEE Development Engineers Limited — JV/Acquisition, 01-03-2025: Acquisition

DEE Development Engineers Limited plans to invest approximately USD 2.4 million (around ₹2,095 cr) in its wholly owned subsidiary, DEE Piping Systems (Thailand) Co. Limited. This capital infusion, which will increase DEE's stake to 6,59,31,358 equity shares (representing 32.75% of DEE Thai's equity), is aimed at helping the subsidiary repay debts. DEE Thai, operational since 2014 and involved in industrial piping systems fabrication, generated a turnover of ₹8,239 cr in the last financial year. This strategic move is expected to strengthen DEE's operational foothold in the engineering industry.
