Unichem Laboratories Limited — Board Meeting, 01-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has announced a board meeting and approved the sale of approximately 3.40 acres of land with an old construction area of about 82,220 sq. ft. located in Jogeshwari, Mumbai. The property, which was previously the company's registered office, is being sold for a lump sum consideration of ₹279 crores, subject to regulatory approvals and due diligence. The transaction is expected to close on or before June 30, 2025. Importantly, this sale will not affect the company’s ongoing business operations.
