Foseco India Limited — Board Meeting, 28-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The board meeting has concluded with several significant changes in directorship. Mr. Patrick Georges Felix André has been appointed as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective March 1, 2025. His appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the next AGM. Additionally, Ms. Karena Cancilleri has resigned, effective at the close of business on February 28, 2025, as she leaves the Vesuvius plc group. In light of Mr. André's appointment, the Board has reconstituted the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Risk Management Committee, effective March 1, 2025.
