SBI Life Insurance Company Limited — Board Meeting, 28-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd. has approved several key decisions during the meeting. Mr. Venugopal Bhaskaran Nayar has been appointed as an Additional Independent Director for a term of three years. The company has also appointed M/s. Aashish K. Bhatt & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for FY 2024-25. A Postal Ballot will be conducted for shareholders’ approval on Mr. Nayar's appointment and certain material related party transactions for FY 2025-26. Additionally, an interim dividend of ₹ 2.70 per equity share (27%) has been declared for FY 2024-25, payable by March 30, 2025.
