NHPC has announced a board meeting regarding a change in senior management. Shri Sanjeev Kumar Yadav will retire upon reaching the age of superannuation on February 28, 2025. Following this, Shri Prabhu Kumar Yadav will be promoted to Executive Director, effective March 1, 2025. Prabhu Kumar Yadav brings significant experience with over 35 years at NHPC, holding an M.E. in Structure and a B.Tech. in Civil Engineering. This management shift could bolster investor confidence, given the continuity of experienced leadership during a period of transition, presenting a positive outlook for the company’s operations.
