Tech Mahindra has announced a plan to merge its step-down subsidiaries, Comviva Technologies USA, Inc. and Comviva Technologies Americas, Inc. This consolidation aims to optimize operational costs and mitigate compliance risks. For the financial year ending March 2024, Comviva USA reported a turnover of USD 0.65 million, while Comviva Americas generated USD 19.05 million. As part of this process, the investment held by Comviva Americas in Comviva USA will be cancelled, with no cash consideration or new shares issued. This merger is expected to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
