The Board of Directors at Paisabazaar Marketing and Consulting Private Limited has approved significant leadership transitions. Mr. Naveen Kukreja, after 11 years of leading the company, will step back from operational duties to become Group President at PB Fintech, while continuing as a Non-Executive Director at Paisabazaar. Ms. Santosh Agarwal, a long-standing high performer since 2011, will take over as CEO starting March 1, 2025, focusing on business growth and new ventures in lending, pensions, and savings.

At the same time, Mr. Vivek Audichya will resign as CFO effective end of February 2025, paving the way for Mr. Neeraj Tripathi, who will assume the CFO role on March 1, 2025. Meanwhile, Policybazaar Insurance Brokers will also see Mr. Ashutosh Mishra resign as CFO by March 31, 2025, with Mr. Audichya transitioning into this position effective April 1, 2025.
