SMC Global Securities Limited — Board Meeting, 27-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Non-Convertible Debenture Committee of SMC Global Securities Limited has approved the public issuance of secured, rated, listed, redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) with a face value of Rs. 1,000 each. The issue size is set at up to Rs. 15,000 Cr, including a base issue size of Rs. 7,500 Cr and an option to retain oversubscription of an additional Rs. 7,500 Cr. A draft prospectus will be filed with the BSE and will be available on the company's website and SEBI's platform.
