Tera Software Limited — Important, 27-02-2025: General Updates

Tera Software, in consortium led by ITI Ltd, has executed an agreement with Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) for an Advance Work Order valued at Rs. 5,104 Cr. This is for the Middle Mile network project across Himachal Pradesh, West Bengal, and Andaman & Nicobar, contributing to the BharatNet Phase-3 initiative. The project includes design, supply, construction, installation, upgradation, operation, and maintenance of the network, targeting the connectivity of 250,000 gram panchayats. The consortium is poised to commence project implementation immediately, indicating a positive outlook for the company's operational expansion and revenue generation.
