Sudarshan Chemical Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 27-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Sudarshan Chemical Industries has approved several Corporate Guarantees in support of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sudarshan Europe B.V. This includes a guarantee of approximately ₹320 Cr to Infraserv GmbH for an amount not exceeding EURO 33.5 Million, and another guarantee of about ₹66 Cr for banks related to a EURO 7.15 Million facility. Additionally, a guarantee for approximately ₹1,762 Cr has been approved for Standard Chartered Bank, increasing the limit by ₹160 Cr. These guarantees will be recorded as contingent liabilities in the company's standalone financial statements.
