Vesuvius India Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 26-02-2025: Record Date

The Board of Directors has approved a dividend of ₹14.50 per equity share for the financial year ended December 31, 2024, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on May 8, 2025. The record date to determine eligible members for the dividend has been set for May 1, 2025.
