The Board of Directors has announced a board meeting on January 18, 2024, to delegate its powers to the Rights Issue Committee, which approved a second and final call of ₹30.00 per partly paid equity share (comprising ₹1.88 towards face value and a premium of ₹28.12). The Record Date for determining eligible shareholders is set for March 4, 2025. Additionally, a reminder will be issued for the first call payment due to those shareholders.
