Zota Health Care LImited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 26-02-2025: Preferential issue

Zota Health Care Limited has announced a board meeting outcome approving the preferential issue of up to 7,95,000 equity shares at an issue price of Rs. 900 per share, aggregating to Rs. 71.55 crore. These shares will be allotted to non-promoter group entities, specifically Valiant Mauritius Partners Offshore Limited and Valiant Mauritius Partners Limited. A cut-off date for e-voting has also been set for March 21, 2025, ahead of an Extraordinary General Meeting on March 26, 2025, to approve this issuance.
