A Special Committee of Directors approved a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Creative Channel Advertising and Marketing Pvt. Ltd. to sell its FM Radio Broadcasting Operations, which include three FM radio stations in Mumbai, Delhi, and Kolkata. The sale is expected to finalize by January 31, 2026, with a total consideration of ₹20 crore, payable in two installments.

Additionally, an Advertising Sales Agreement with Creative Channel allows them to market and sell airtime for these stations. The Radio Business contributed ₹16.18 crore, accounting for 1.7% of T.V. Today Network Limited's total turnover for FY 2023-24, but is currently operating at a loss. This strategic move reflects the company's decision to exit the radio sector due to industry challenges, presenting a potential opportunity for value realization while the business transitions.
