The Board of Directors of Kesoram Industries has announced a board meeting outcomes. They approved the effectiveness of the Composite Scheme of Arrangement with UltraTech Cement, set to be effective from 1st March, 2025. The Record Date for shareholders is fixed for 10th March, 2025, determining the allocation of equity shares of the Resulting Company at a ratio of 1 share for every 52 shares held. Additionally, the Resulting Company will issue 5,486,608 non-convertible redeemable preference shares for existing preference shareholders, which will remain unlisted.
