The Board has approved the appointment of Ms. Shiksha Sharma as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, effective from 25th February 2025, for a term of five years. Additionally, M/s. KSGC & Associates has been appointed as the Internal Auditor for FY 2024-25. Ms. Sharma brings extensive experience in commerce, law, and corporate governance, which is expected to enhance the company's risk management and internal controls. The Internal Auditor firm also has significant expertise in internal and revenue audits across various sectors.
