The Board of Directors has passed a resolution for the allotment of 9,54,571 equity shares at an exercise price of ₹165 per warrant, following the conversion of warrants held by Kunjal Hemant Shah. This conversion was part of the earlier issuance of 1,25,00,000 warrants, each convertible into one equity share at an issue price of ₹220. With this allotment, the paid-up capital of Hubtown Limited has increased from ₹1,29,35,06,570 to ₹1,30,30,52,280, resulting in a total of 13,03,05,228 equity shares fully paid up.
