Hatsun Agro Product Limited — JV/Acquisition, 24-02-2025: Acquisition

Hatsun Agro Product Limited has completed the acquisition of an additional 11,952 equity shares in Milk Mantra Dairy Private Limited for a total consideration of Rs. 0.35 Crores. This brings HAP's cumulative purchase to 31,04,916 equity shares and 16,06,372 compulsorily convertible preference shares, totaling Rs. 231.89 Crores. With this latest acquisition, Hatsun now holds 98.65% of the equity and preference share capital of Milk Mantra. The strategic purpose of this acquisition is to strengthen HAP's position in the dairy sector, enhancing their market footprint and operational capabilities.
