Standalone sales for Q3 FY25 reached Rs. 728 Cr, marking a 15% increase year-on-year, driven primarily by the Ceramics and Electrominerals segments. For the nine-month period ending December 31, 2024, standalone sales totaled Rs. 2,097 Cr, reflecting an 8.2% growth compared to the same period last year.
Consolidated sales for Q3 FY25 stood at Rs. 1,241 Cr, representing a growth of 9.8%. However, this included an exceptional charge of Rs. 104.13 Cr related to the impairment of receivables from the Volzhsky Abrasive Works (VAW) due to sanctions impacting operations in Russia. Consequently, the consolidated profit after tax was reported at Rs. 35 Cr after the exceptional item. Without this impact, the net profit was Rs. 111 Cr.
The Board declared an interim dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share. Highlights include a capital expenditure of Rs. 202 Cr during the first nine months of FY25, with a healthy debt-equity ratio of 0.03, signaling a stable financial position and potential for growth.
