Veranda Learning Solutions has acquired a 40.41% stake in BB Publications Private Limited (BB Virtuals) and a 65% stake in Navkar Digital Institute Private Limited (Navkar Digital), further strengthening its leading position in commerce education in India. An additional 10.59% stake in BB Virtuals is set to be acquired by June 2025. The company's commerce vertical is projected to achieve a pro forma EBITDA exceeding ₹120 crore for FY25.

BB Virtuals, founded by prominent educator Mr. Bhanwar Borana, has successfully trained over 200,000 students, contributing to the ranking success of its students in CA exams. Navkar Digital, led by Mr. Hiteshkumar Shah, has over 17 years of experience in providing professional education in CA, CS, and CMA. Both acquisitions are geared towards combining strengths and leveraging technology to enhance academic support for students, enriching Veranda’s educational offerings and expanding its reach in the finance sector. This strategic move indicates a positive outlook for growth and collaboration in the education space.
